- How do I load cash onto my employees’ cards?

The first pay period will be deposited on the temporary card. The employee will receive their personalized PaycardUSA card in 7 to 10 days.
- How long will it take to set up the program for my company?

Depending on the size of your organization and the number of employees you wish to enroll in the program, you should allocate about 3 to 6 weeks. Our team will be available to help you plan and execute every step of your transition to PaycardUSA.
- Will I have to pay a fee each time I load my employees’ cards?

No you will not. There are no additional fees unless you load cards using the Automatic Clearing House (ACH), in which case there will be origination fees.
- If an employee quits or is fired, what happens to the account?

In this circumstance, the employee can either “cash out” or move his or her account to a general program. If the employee is fired, the paycard makes it convenient for you to issue a final paycheck within the timeframe stipulated by law.
