What are the fees for my card?
Look at your fee schedule provided to you when your card came in the mail.
Is this a Credit Card?

No. This is a prepaid card that carries a fixed cash amount determined by the amount deposited to the card account. Each time you use the card, the purchase amount plus applicable fees are deducted from the available value.

Where do I find the card's three-digit security code(CVC)?

The three-digit security code is located on the back of the card.

What if I need to return an item?

Return policies are determined by the merchant. Each merchant location handles returns in the same manner as any other branded card transaction. The merchant may credit your card, provide a cash refund or offer a store credit.

Additionally if you need to dispute a purchase that you believe may be fraud immediately contact customer service.

How can I access cash with the card?

Your best and most convientent option is to get cash back while making a transaction. When you select "Debit" you'll normally be asked if you'd like to use the "Cash Back" feature, however this does vary by merchant. Cash can also be accessed at any ATM machine that displays the MasterCard, Maestro® or Cirrus® acceptance marks. Fees may apply, and some fees may be higher at different ATM locations.

If your card is on the participating AllPoint™ network you can also use an AllPoint Network ATM for one surcharge free transaction per pay period. Keep in mind that your employer must Direct Deposit your paycheck to your card for you to qualify and some employers are not enrolled in the AllPoint program for cards. Ask your employer for more details and to see if your card qualifies, you may also call customer service with the number provided on the back of your card.

Can a purchase ever be denied?

Yes. Cards function as prepaid cards, with no overdraft capability. A purchase may be denied if the card's available value is less than the purchase amount. You may inform the merchant of the remaining value on the card and ask for a "split transaction" that would allow you to use another form of payment to pay the difference. The ability to do split transactions is subject to the policy of the merchant. Also, be aware that some merchants, such as restuarants, mail-order companies and cruise lines will require the card to have a greater available value than the purchase amount. This is to ensure sufficient funds for tips or incidental expenses.

Does my prepaid card have an expiration date?

Yes. Each card does have an expiration date that is indicated on the front of your card.

When your card reaches it's expiration you will be refunded your money less that of the check fee that is incurred when closing your account. If your card has a negative balance you will be asked to pay the remaining balance in full at which your card account will be closed unless you have made arrangements with customer service to acquire another card.

What is email fraud?

The people attempting to get this information may use it to access your accounts directly, including withdrawing money, or to open new accounts in your name using your information.
